Replacing the Cast and Crew
Dumbledore- Since Richard Harris died towards the end of October, they need to replace Dumbledore. They have narrowed it down to 6 people. Here they are: Peter O'Toole, Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, Anthony Hopkins, Sean Connery, Russel Crowe. Their other option is to digitally manufacture a performance from old clips with Richard Harris as Dumbledore.

The Child Stars-
Daniel Radcliffe (Harry), Rupert Grint (Ron), and Emma Watson (Hermione) might have to be replaced along with some of the other children! When they were hired, the director (Christopher Columbus, at the time) thought he would be able to make one movie per year, just like the book's are set (one per year). Boy, was he wrong! The children are maturing to fast for the crew to make the movie because it is taking so long! Their contracts are only for up to the third movie so maybe that will be their last!

The Director-
Chris Columbus is leaving and someone new is taking over the job of the director for the third movie!
